anniversary. “We have worked very hard
to establish ourselves in the marketplace as the company to select for
personalized engineering and environmental consulting services” stated ELM Site
Solutions’ founder, Rusty Norris, PE, PLS, RSM.
Our goals of strategic alignment with those we serve and providing cost-effective services are demonstrated by successful completion of projects for a variety of clients including Industrial and Commercial Corporations, Developers, Investors, Military Complexes, Native American Lands, Institutional and Non-Profit Organizations and Municipalities.
The types of projects ELM Site Solutions completed has developed into an impressive array not matched by many consulting firms. Whether it is staff augmentation, site property management, quasi-judicial support for greenfield development or RCRA Corrective Action, the projects are unique with complicating issues requiring well derived solutions. The projects also provide for staff development opportunities and require innovation to develop advocacy positions for clients.
